Kashmir Hamara Hai

Jammu & Kashmir
“Jammu & Kashmir was, is and shall remain an integral part of India”
It may be recalled that at the time of Independence and consequent Partition of Bharat , the portion under direct British Rule was divided into West & East Pakistan and Bharat. There were 562 Princely States in the country then of which 7 (Muslim dominated) went to Pakistan and 555 (Hindu dominated) including Jammu & Kashmir were included in Bharat. Then king of Jammu & Kashmir Maharaja Hari Singh singned the instrument of Accession on October 26, 1947. Later, in 1954 the portion under the French government i.e. Pondicherry etc. and in 1960 those under Portuguese government i.e. Goa, Daman, Div, etc. were finally merged into Bharat.
The so called secularists and other anti-india elements argue that Jammu & Kashmir being a Muslim majority state should have been merged into Pakistan. But they forget that Jammu & Kashmir was never under the direct British Rule; it was a Princely State, which accepted into Bharat by virtue of a Constitutional document. The Portion under British Rule only was divided on the basis religious population. Hence ,Jammu & Kashmir is an integral part of Bharat and there is no confusion about its accession to india.
1. The entire State of Jammu & Kashmir has been, is and shall forever remain an integral part of India and any attempt of separation and/or secession will be resisted by all necessary means.
2. The accession of the Princely State of Jammu & Kashmir with India on October 26, 1947 was final, unconditional, total and irrevocable.
3. Government of India to initiate immediate action and take necessary steps to reclaim all those areas of Jammu & Kashmir which Pakistan and China have occupied through aggression and other areas ceded to China.
4. Article 370 of the Constitution of India should be abrogated as it is redundant and impedes the economic, cultural, social and emotional integration.
5. Separate Constitution, Flag and Citizenship of J&K should be abolished.
